Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ciaran Neill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chop Chuey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chuey misses with a double jab.
Neill pulls out of a head kick attempt.
No luck for Neill with that takedown attempt.
Chuey moves in looking to clinch but Neill pushes him off.
Chuey dives in and grabs Neill's left leg, looking for a takedown. Neill pushes down on Chuey's head and hops out.
Chuey shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Chuey not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Chuey wants to control from the top but Neill keeps moving.
Chuey is stalling in the full guard.
Neill can't keep his opponent in guard - Chuey advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Chuey is figuring out what he wants to do next.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Chuey connects with a nice short shot to Neill's temple.
Chuey is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Neill has managed to free his arm - good work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neill is trying to control but Chuey manages to pass to mount!
Chuey get's back to his feet.

Neill tries to score a power double leg takedown but Chuey sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Neill somewhat.
Neill fails with a takedown attempt.

Chuey gets a double leg takedown into Neill's guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Chuey lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Neill is breathing heavily.

Chuey postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Chop Chuey wasn't active enough on the ground.
Neill dives in and grabs Chuey's left leg, looking for a takedown. Chuey pushes down on Neill's head and hops out.
Neill gets caught napping as Chuey dives in and scores a takedown. Neill manages to retain guard.
Chuey has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Chuey is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Chuey slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Chuey throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Neill works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chop Chuey dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Chuey fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Neill to the ground. Chuey is now in Neill's guard.
Chuey wants to control from the top but Neill keeps moving.
Neill is trying to keep Chuey in close.
Neill throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Chuey lands a couple of elbows.
Chuey is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Chuey wants to control from the top but Neill keeps moving.

Chuey slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Chuey is in close to Neill's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Chuey passes into half guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Chuey passes the guard and advances to mount!
Chuey with the ground and pound from mount.

Chuey avoids the attempt from Neill to control.
Chuey working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Chuey mounts Neill! Really nice guard pass there!
Chuey has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Chuey controlling the pace for now.

Chuey lands a big elbow.
Chuey is working for a guillotine from mount but Neill frees his head quite easily.
Neill tries to improve his position but instead Chuey has taken his back!
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Chuey's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Neill is trying to remain composed but Chuey is hammering down strikes to the side of his head.
Chuey is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Neill with him. Neill is trying to defend but Chuey has an arm under the chin now! Neill grimaces and is forced to tap out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:37 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Chop Chuey!
