Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Beast Master (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tyler Storm!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Beast Master!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Master throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Storm misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Storm connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Master feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Master is stalling in the full guard.
Master pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Storm is keeping the position for now.

Master stands up from guard. Let's bang!

That's one minute gone in the round.

Master gets a double leg takedown into Storm's guard.
Master slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Beast Master hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Storm throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A slapping body kick lands there for Storm.
Storm lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Storm lunges at Master with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Master's hand.
Storm misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Master shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Master cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Master takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Storm really wants to buck Master off and get back to his feet.
Storm avoids a series of strikes thrown by Master.

Master is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Storm has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Storm is trying to get back to his feet but can't.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Master controlling from the full mount.
Storm knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Master on the ground.
Master thowing shots but they're missing.
Master content just to control the position here.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Master misses with a head shot.
Master sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Master landing punches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Beast Master dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


Storm throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Master shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Storm's guard.

Master drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Master jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Storm is looking to stand up but Master isn't so interested in that idea.
Master's corner is telling him to maintain position.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Beast Master has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Master closes the distance and clinches.
Master stalling in the clinch.
Storm could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Storm is fighting off a takedown attempt but Master is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Storm to the mat. Storm regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Master drops back looking for a leg! Storm is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Storm manages to kick Master off! Master jumps back into Storm's guard.
Beast Master has got the better of the ground game so far.
Master is working Storm over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Master is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Master showing good wrestling skills to control the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Beast Master wasn't active enough on the ground.
A head kick misses from Storm.
Storm pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Storm throws a half hearted mid kick.
Storm throws a left and a right that both miss

and Master counters by moving into the clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Storm's face as he tries to break the clinch.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Master wants to break the clinch but can't.

Master has hold of one of Storm's legs. Storm is fighting the takedown attempt but Master gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Master pushing down on Storm's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Master stands up and beckons Storm to join him on the feet.
Storm avoids the head kick by Master.
Storm thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Master if he has to take too many more of those.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Storm throws a nice looking combination but Master bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Tyler Storm is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Storm scores with a shot to the body.
Storm fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Master manages to avoid it.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Master throws a nice looking combination but Storm bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Master clinches up against the cage.
Master has Storm pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Storm manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Beast Master showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Storm's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!



The fight moves into the clinch position.
Storm tries to break the clinch but Master is controlling the position.
Master has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Storm after a bit of a struggle.
Storm is trying to force a seperation but Master has the dominant position.
Storm wants to break free but Master has control.

Master works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Master postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Master slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
A lull in the action here.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Let's hope that Master has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Master decides to stand back up.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Master fails to land with a series of punches.

Master shoots in and gets a takedown into Storm's guard.

Master gets to his feet - Storm follows without any prompting.
Storm connects with a solid leg kick.
Master has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Storm.

Master looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Master looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Beast Master was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Master misses with a head kick.

Master walks into a left hand.
Storm lands with a kick to the ribs.
Tyler Storm is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Master showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Storm.
Storm thuds his shin into the meat of Master's side.
Master swings for the body but Storm moves out of range.
Storm gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Master.
Master takes a kick to the side of the head.
Storm throws a head kick but Master moves out of range.
Storm moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Master sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Master takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Master decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Storm's guard.

Master works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Master keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Tyler Storm has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Beast Master.

Master throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Storm was covering up waiting for the punch and Master finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Storm is looking to stand up but Master isn't so interested in that idea.

And that's the end of the fight!
Beast Master comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Master winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
