The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Taro Takaoka and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saruwatari misses with an uppercut
and Lee counters with a nice body kick.
Saruwatari looks to land a right hand but Lee moved out of range.
Lee tries to clinch up but Saruwatari circles away and keeps his distance.
Kaito Saruwatari seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Saruwatari throws a right and a left that both miss.

Lee walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Saruwatari lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Saruwatari avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Saruwatari fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Saruwatari turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Lee tries to land a front kick but Saruwatari steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

and Saruwatari counters with a series of strikes. Lee will be more careful next time no doubt.

The crowd cheers as Saruwatari lands an impressive looking overhand right. Lee doesn't seem phased though.

Lee is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Saruwatari Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Lee is out cold, face down on the mat!

A pretty intense looking Kaito Saruwatari took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.
