Suzuki is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Stranglehold by Ted Nugent. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Suzuki tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Vekkiotsamo is able to avoid easily.
Vekkiotsamo gets caught napping as Suzuki dives in and scores a takedown. Vekkiotsamo manages to retain guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Suzuki looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

Vekkiotsamo dips to his left and cracks Suzuki with an uppercut!
Vekkiotsamo drops Suzuki with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Suzuki looks back up at him and smiles so Vekkiotsamo waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Suzuki is rocked!
It looks like Daisuke Suzuki has been cut.
Vekkiotsamo lands with a kick to the ribs.
Suzuki is still on wobbly legs! Can Vekkiotsamo finish him?
Vekkiotsamo feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Suzuki crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
