Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Logan Creed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Yankee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yankee defending well as Creed loads up on a big left hand.
Yankee moves into the clinch successfully.
Yankee prevents a takedown attempt there.
Yankee missing with knees to the body.
The referee is keeping an eye on Yankee - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Yankee pushes Creed back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Yankee digs a right hand underneath Creed's ribcage. Creed let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Creed is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the ropes enables Yankee to keep the fight standing.
Creed tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Yankee just stands there and leans against the ropes.

Yankee stalks Creed and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Creed's face. Creed staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Logan Creed has been cut.
Creed tries to bum rush Yankee with a series of wild strikes but Yankee uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Yankee moves out of range of the leg kick from Creed.
Yankee defending well as Creed loads up on a big left hand.
Creed closes the distance and clinches up with Yankee, looking for a takedown. Creed pushes Yankee against the ropes but Yankee circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Yankee tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Creed manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Yankee slips a jab and a cross from Creed.
Creed throws out a loose jab but Yankee uses good head movement to avoid it.
Yankee tries to close the distance and clinch but Creed swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Creed connects with a body shot that sends Yankee's belly button to the back.

Logan Creed seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Yankee makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Creed is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Creed has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Yankee uses from the top position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Yankee got a little sloppy there for a moment and Creed has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Yankee has managed to get both his arms back between Creed's legs - danger averted.

Creed fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Yankee looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Yankee regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Creed.
Creed is looking to work some ground and pound but Yankee has wrist control.
Creed wants to pass the guard but Yankee is keeping the position.
Yankee wants to get back to his feet but Creed is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Yankee manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Creed tries to hold on but Yankee pushes him away.
Creed is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Yankee is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Yankee tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Creed looking for a guillotine here but Yankee defends easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Creed has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Horrible takedown by Creed or perhaps it was just good defense by Yankee which made him look bad.

Creed walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Yankee drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Creed swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Yankee's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Logan Creed bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
