Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Onufry Zagloba!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jacks Sole!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Winston Howard and John Mangel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zagloba connects with a leg kick. Sole looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Sole misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Sole looks to score with a jab to the body but Zagloba is just out of range.
Sole misses with the combination.
Jacks Sole seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zagloba thows a body shot but no joy.
Sole fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Zagloba manages to avoid it.

Sole clinches.
Sole scores with a nice hook to the head.

Sole lands an elbow that stopped Zagloba in his tracks for a moment.
Zagloba blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Oooh a lovely combination from Sole sends Zagloba down but not out. Sole dives into side control looking to finish.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Sole scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Zagloba to see if he's OK.
Zagloba is not content to let Sole control the position.
Zagloba is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sole passes the guard and advances to mount!
Zagloba sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.

Sole slips a nice elbow through Zagloba's hands, connecting with Zagloba's forehead.
Zagloba manages to get to full guard.
Sole wants to pass the guard but Zagloba is keeping the position.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Zagloba throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Sole throws a strike but Zagloba rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Sole might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Zagloba kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Zagloba throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Zagloba is working Sole over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Zagloba keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Sole's head.
Zagloba trying to control the position from guard on top but Sole is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Sole is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sole throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Sole is trying to control the action in half guard but Zagloba is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Zagloba might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jacks Sole dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Sole avoids the body shot from Zagloba.
Sole shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Zagloba eats them both and turns towards Sole to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.


It looks like Onufry Zagloba has been cut.
Sole tries to clinch there but Zagloba circles away.

Sole forces Zagloba back against the cage and clinches.
Sole softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Zagloba tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Sole avoids it.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Zagloba has Sole pressed against the cage.
Sole swings wildly with an uppercut but Zagloba uses good head movement to avoid it.
Sole avoiding damage as Zagloba throws knees to the body.
Sole misses with an elbow over the top.
Sole lands a left hand that snaps the head of Zagloba backwards.
Zagloba is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Jacks Sole seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.
Sole works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Zagloba misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Sole.
Zagloba misses with an elbow over the top.

Sole managing to block the knees to the body from Zagloba.

Sole is defending well against a takedown attempt.

Oh Zagloba is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sole creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops Zagloba! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for Sole.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jacks Sole!
Jacks Sole was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
