Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jose RIzal!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Carver Cade!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yukihiro Yamamoto.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cade lunges at RIzal with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by RIzal's hand.
RIzal checks a low kick from Cade.
RIzal looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Carver Cade seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Cade is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and RIzal defends it well.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Carver Cade.
Cade tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but RIzal was well out of range. Poor timing from Cade.
Cade lands a straight punch to the body, keeping RIzal at a distance.

Cade perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Cade wants to work for an arm triangle but RIzal is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Carver Cade dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Cade scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. RIzal doesn't seem bothered though.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cade is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down RIzal rather than just go for the knockout.
Cade lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Cade moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! RIzal goes down! Can Cade finish him!?
Oh RIzal is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Cade's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Cade postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! RIzal covers up, he's hurt! Cade keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Cade and the ref steps in to end the fight! Cade can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Carver Cade!
During a confident post fight interview, Carver Cade thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
