Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nick Dempsey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leopold Masterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dempsey comes to the cage accompanied by Linkin Park - Bleed it Out. Leopold Masterson has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Nick Dempsey's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Summer Carpenter and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masterson misses with a takedown attempt - Dempsey sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Dempsey swinging wilding here.
Dempsey smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Masterson uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dempsey.
Dempsey throws a right and a left that both miss.
Masterson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Dempsey is looking to regain half guard here but Masterson keeps moving and retains side control.
Masterson is chipping away with strikes.
Masterson cracks Dempsey with a big elbow.
Dempsey struggling a bit here.
Dempsey is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Masterson is controlling him well.

Dempsey bucks up and tries to throw Masterson off but instead Masterson has got his back!
Dempsey looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands.
Dempsey breaks Masterson's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Dempsey passes Masterson's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Dempsey wants to free his trapped foot but Masterson is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Dempsey not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Dempsey knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Masterson on the ground.
Masterson regains full guard. Nicely done.
Masterson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dempsey gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Dempsey wants to stand but Masterson is controlling his posture from full guard.
Dempsey has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Masterson looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Masterson trying to keep a closed guard but Dempsey is proving a slippery customer.
Dempsey loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Dempsey scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Dempsey missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Masterson is looking for a triangle but Dempsey pushes his legs off easily.
Masterson looks gassed!
Dempsey throwing strikes but missing.
Masterson had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Dempsey is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Masterson Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Dempsey's back instead.

Dempsey controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Masterson keeps control of the position as Dempsey tries to break free.
Dempsey is trying to stand back up.
Dempsey turns into Masterson and is now in his guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Masterson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Dempsey manages to get himself to full guard.
Dempsey wants to get back to his feet but Masterson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Dempsey thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Dempsey is trying to control the position but Masterson postures up.
Dempsey throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Masterson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Leopold Masterson dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Masterson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Masterson fails with the takedown.
Dempsey lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Dempsey connects with a good right hand that stumbles Masterson. Masterson circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Masterson is rocked!
Dempsey drops Masterson with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Masterson! Dempsey dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (strikes). Nick Dempsey!
