Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ricky Ross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mick Lenny (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ross comes to the cage accompanied by Ice-T Lethal Weapon. Lenny is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Convoy. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ross throws a head kick but Lenny moves out of range.
Ross tries a head kick but it misses.
Ross cracks the inside of Lenny's front leg.
Ross throws a head kick but Lenny moves out of range.
A punch combination from Ross misses.
Lenny throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lenny explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Lenny tries to bum rush Ross with a series of wild strikes but Ross uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Ross pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lenny misses with an uppercut.
Lenny fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Ross connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Mick Lenny seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lenny blocks a low kick nicely.
Lenny misses with a body punch
and Ross counters with a body kick that stops Lenny in his tracks momentarily.
Lenny looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lenny rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ross moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Ross fails with an attempt to clinch.
Lenny looks to score with a jab to the body but Ross is just out of range.

Ross throws a nice head kick!
It looks like Mick Lenny has been cut.
Ross gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Ross wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lenny has him pressed against the cage.
Lenny has a couple of punches blocked by Ross.
Lenny has had enough of the clinch but Ross keeps him there for the moment.
Knees in the clinch landing for Ross.
Lenny is trying to break free.
Lenny can't break the clinch.
Ross breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lenny throws a lazy uppercut
and Ross counters with a low kick, right behind Lenny 's knee.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ross lands a head kick. Lenny smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Ross lands with a slapping head kick.
Lenny is rocked!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Ross.

Ross has taken the fight to the clinch.

Ross breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Ross misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ross is looking to slow Lenny down with leg kicks.
Ross throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
That has opened up Mick Lenny's cut even more.
Ross throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lenny gets tackled into the cage by Ross. Ross maintains the clinch.
Ross breaks from the clinch.
Whack! Ross lands a heavy head kick that drops Lenny. The ref tackles Ross to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Lenny was done.
