Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jermaine Defoe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pj Benn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Benn has chosen Darude- Sandstorm as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Pj Benn is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Defoe goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Defoe comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Benn wants to clinch up but Defoe keeps it at a distance.
Defoe throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Benn counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Benn loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

and Benn counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Benn throws a hook to the side of Defoe's head but Defoe sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Benn cracks Defoe with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
