The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Aafke Stam and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greenthumb lands a right hook to the body.
Leonitis takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Greenthumb moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Leonitis misses with a takedown
and Greenthumb counters with a stiff right hand.
Greenthumb goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Leonitis shoots in looking for a takedown. Greenthumb tries to sprawl out of it but Leonitis keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Greenthumb manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Greenthumb darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Greenthumb fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Leonitis on the side of the head.
Greenthumb throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

and Greenthumb counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Doctor Greenthumb has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roman Leonitis.

Leonitis stands up over Greenthumb, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Leonitis accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
