Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Edgar Hoover (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Adler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hoover comes to the cage accompanied by March of the Templars . Andre Adler looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Nard Betker and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoover clobbers Adler with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Adler scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Hoover avoids a punch combination nicely.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Adler.
Hoover fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Adler fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Hoover checks it well.
Adler misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
An inside leg kick lands from Adler.
Hoover gets the takedown into side control.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Adler really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hoover. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Adler enables Hoover to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Adler manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Hoover has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Hoover gets to his feet. Adler looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hoover shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Hoover lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Hoover perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Hoover is nestled in close to Adler, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

A relieved looking Edgar Hoover thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
