PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Smash Mouth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rocky Granite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Granite's choice of entrance music: Brokencyde - Get Crunk. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mouth clinches.
Mouth is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Granite is defending well.

Granite is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Mouth has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Granite stands up over Mouth, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Mouth manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Granite manages to get himself to full guard.

Granite slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Granite slaps away a takedown attempt from Mouth, before circling back to the center of the mat.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Mouth enables Granite to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Mouth manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
