Van Der Heijden shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ivey pinned against the cage. Ivey gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Horrible takedown by Ivey or perhaps it was just good defense by Van Der Heijden which made him look bad.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Van Der Heijden enables Ivey to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Van Der Heijden manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Van Der Heijden is working an open guard so Ivey takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Ivey shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Van Der Heijden but Van Der Heijden pushes him off and we're back to square one.
