Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Clark has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Thomas finds it's way round the side to connect with Clark's head.
Clark shoots in looking for a takedown. Thomas tries to sprawl out of it but Clark keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Thomas manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Thomas swings for the body but Clark moves out of range.

and Thomas counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Thomas throws a right and a left that Clark avoids nicely.
Clark shoots in for a takedown but Thomas shows good takedown defense.
Paul Thomas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Clark.
Thomas lands a nice looking body shot.
Clark shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Clark showed some decent athleticism there.

Thomas wants to improve his position but Clark is controlling well.
