Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Albright (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karsten Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Albright comes to the cage accompanied by Rascal Deep Down. Karsten Black will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jimmy Albright! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Karsten Black! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Ian Loll and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Albright takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Black instigates a clinch. Black successfully pulls guard.
Albright passes easily into side control. Nice work. Albright sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Black is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Albright working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Black is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Black is looking to reverse the position. Albright is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Black knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Black is looking to reverse the position. Albright trying to control the action but Black is working from the bottom. Black throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Albright in side control, throwing shots but Black defends. Albright staying calm. Albright has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Albright has hold of Black's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Black tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Albright cranks the arm and Black screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Black, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Jimmy Albright! Jimmy Albright retains his lightweight title!
