Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Hirohito Nitta and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yamamoto shoots for a double leg takedown but Lee sprawls well. He's pushed Yamamoto's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Nice takedown defense from Lee. No joy for Yamamoto on that attempt.
A combination from Lee does no damage.
Lee throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Yamamoto tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Norifumi Yamamoto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lee goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Lee pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lee rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Yamamoto moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Lee throws a head kick that misses.
A head kick from Lee lands but Yamamoto takes it in his stride.
Lee moves out of range as Yamamoto throws a body kick.
Lee throws a head kick that misses.
Lee is breathing heavily.
Lee throws a series of punches but Yamamoto avoids them all with ease.
Yamamoto gets the takedown into side control.
Yamamoto tries to move to mount but Lee blocks the move with his legs.

Yamamoto stands up.
Yamamoto moves out of range of the leg kick from Lee.
Lee lands with a slapping head kick.
Lee has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Yamamoto.
Lee misses with a head kick.
Yamamoto gets the takedown into side control.
Yamamoto is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Lee is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Yamamoto controls the position.

Yamamoto decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Yamamoto bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Yamamoto tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Lee wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Yamamoto working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Lee wants to get back to his feet.
Yamamoto is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Lee is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Yamamoto thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Yamamoto prevents Lee from escaping the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Yamamoto is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Lee looks calm but he's in trouble here. Yamamoto gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Lee is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Yamamoto lets go of the hold and Lee can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Norifumi Yamamoto!
Norifumi Yamamoto took some time post fight to say the following; 'to all haters out there, did you all really think i was gonna lose this one...? well if you did you can go fuck yourself, im not here to just fight!trying to earn some money so i can move to Montreal!!'.
