The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Michaels does no damage.
Aliyev throws a combination. Michaels tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
It looks like Brock Michaels has been cut.
Michaels misses with a straight right.
Aliyev rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Michaels counters with a left and a right that hurts Aliyev! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! Michaels jumps into full mount!
Aliyev is rocked!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Michaels cracks Aliyev with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
