Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ed Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heikko Saarinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nelson comes to the cage accompanied by Stephen Lynch - Special Ed. Saarinen is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by I Walk Alone. Ed Nelson is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nelson can't find room to land a body shot as Saarinen controls the action.
Saarinen digs a right hand into Nelson's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Nelson's gas tank.

Nelson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Saarinen walks away with a smile on his face. Nelson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Nelson has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Saarinen finds it's way round the side to connect with Nelson's head.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Saarinen thows a body shot but no joy.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Saarinen, right into the meat.
Nelson tries to move into range but Saarinen moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Heikko Saarinen dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Saarinen drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Nelson right on the button. Nelson goes down! Saarinen follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Saarinen gets the win via TKO!

In his post fight interview, Heikko Saarinen started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
