Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between D J Rich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Conduit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Alexandre Firmino and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rich keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Rich tries to clinch but Conduit is having none of it.
Rich clinches up with Conduit and pushes him back against the cage.
Rich throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Conduit looking for a takedown.
Rich escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Rich lunges at Conduit with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Conduit's hand.
Conduit gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Rich has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Rich working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Rich accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Rich avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Rich tries to stand but Conduit is controlling from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Conduit wants to sweep but no luck.
Conduit keeping moving, preventing Rich from controlling successfully.

Rich passes Conduit's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Rich can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Conduit is looking to escape.

Rich has control of Conduit's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Conduit regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Rich is breathing heavily.

Conduit is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Rich tries to stand but Conduit is controlling from the bottom.
Conduit is looking for a triangle but Rich pushes his legs off easily.

Rich gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Rich shoots in and bounces Conduit off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
A nice leg kick lands there from Rich.
Conduit has his takedown stuffed
and Rich connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Conduit misses with a takedown attempt
and Rich makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Rich cracks Conduit with a good jab.
Rich rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Conduit moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Danga de danga de dang - Rich scores with a four punch combination!

so Rich counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
D J Rich has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carlos Conduit.
Rich trying to control the position from guard on top but Conduit is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Rich stands up from Conduit's guard - Rich perhaps looking for a knockout.
Rich connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

and Rich connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Conduit shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Conduit is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Rich is just riding it out for now. Conduit eventually gives up the hold.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Rich wants to control but Conduit is keeping busy.
Conduit seems to be working for a kimura but Rich defends the submission attempt.

Rich is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Conduit's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Conduit's back!
Will Rich go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Conduit breaks Rich's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Conduit slips nicely into half guard.
Rich is defending against the submission attempts here by Conduit.
Conduit seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Rich is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
