Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Average Joe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Bradshaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Bradshaw's choice of entrance music: System of a Down- Mind. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Average Joe! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Robert Bradshaw! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Robert Twigg and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Joe lands a nice looking kick to the body. Bradshaw takes a step back to recover. Joe drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Joe swings widly with a right hand
enabling Bradshaw to counter with a crisp jab. Joe shoots in looking for a takedown but Bradshaw manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Joe's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Joe lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bradshaw has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bradshaw and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Joe scores with a jab to the body. Joe fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Joe rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Bradshaw counters with a one-two to the body. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bradshaw throws a good cross that connects.
Joe tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bradshaw paws at him with a jab and circles away. Joe tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Bradshaw manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Joe takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Joe takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Joe has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Bradshaw finds it's way round the side to connect with Joe's head. A left lands for Bradshaw.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bradshaw connects with a jab. Bradshaw lands a slapping body shot.
Joe walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Bradshaw scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Bradshaw swats away the attempt to clinch by Joe. Bradshaw connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Robert Bradshaw is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Bradshaw uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Joe.
Nice uppercut lands for Bradshaw. That snapped Joe's head back.
Bradshaw lands with an uppercut that bounces Joe off the cage and back into range. Joe throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Bradshaw with a nice cross. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bradshaw getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Bradshaw is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Joe had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Joe fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Bradshaw is out of range. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Bradshaw!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Joe just misses with a punch to the body.
The crowd cheers as Bradshaw lands an impressive looking overhand right. Joe doesn't seem phased though. Joe gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. A right-left combo lands from Bradshaw.
Joe is rocked! Joe misses with a leg kick. Joe drops his hands momentarily and Bradshaw takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Bradshaw lands a nice looking body shot.
Joe takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Bradshaw lands a lovely overhand right. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Joe. Joe looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bradshaw is fending him off so far but Joe persists. Nope, Bradshaw circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Average Joe. That's going to take a lot out of him. Joe is breathing heavily. Bradshaw lands a nice shot to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Joe has a takedown stuffed. Bradshaw cracks a nice hook into Joe's ribs. This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Joe. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Joe throws an off balance right hand
enabling Bradshaw to counter with a crisp jab. Joe walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Joe looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Bradshaw checks the leg kick nicely there.
Bradshaw bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Joe's head backwards. Oh Joe is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Bradshaw scores with a nice strike. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bradshaw changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Bradshaw throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Bradshaw scores with a hook to the body. Joe takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Joe seems to have got his legs back now. Bradshaw defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Joe. Bradshaw dips to his left and cracks Joe with an uppercut!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bradshaw lands with a good body shot. A shot to the liver by Bradshaw. Beautiful body shot. Bradshaw's corner calls for a 1-2. Bradshaw obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Joe takes a body punch but keeps moving. Bradshaw changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Bradshaw lands with a shot to the body. Bradshaw displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Bradshaw thuds his right hand into Joe's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Bradshaw stalks Joe and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Joe's face. Joe staggers backwards, shaken. Bradshaw comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Bradshaw lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Bradshaw scores with a punch to the head. Bradshaw scores with a jab to the jaw. and Bradshaw counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Joe! He's just covering up as Bradshaw starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Robert Bradshaw! In his post fight interview, Robert Bradshaw started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
