The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Upton lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Belvedere gets tackled into the cage by Upton. Upton maintains the clinch.
Upton misses with some punches.
Belvedere jumps guard but Upton stands there with Belvedere around his waist. Belvedere gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Belvedere tries to pull guard but Upton won't allow it.
Upton pushes off an throws an elbow but Belvedere leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Luke Upton.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Upton, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Luke Upton decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
