Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Zane Peltier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lil Scrapy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peltier's entrance music is Rockstar-Chamillionaire. A fine choice. Scrapy has chosen Scrapy Do as his entrance music. Zane Peltier is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Micheangelo Fripello and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peltier misses with a body kick.
Peltier fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Scrapy manages to avoid it.
Scrapy thows a body shot but no joy.
Scrapy misses with a two punch combination.
Some bone on bone action there as Scrapy checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Peltier tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Scrapy is able to avoid easily.

Scrapy is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Peltier.

Peltier closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Zane Peltier overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Peltier is nestled in close to Scrapy, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Scrapy pushes Peltier off looking to stand but Peltier dives back in and keeps control.
Peltier throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Peltier looks to land a strike but Scrapy avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

Scrapy leaves Peltier with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Scrapy throws a hook to the side of Peltier's head but Peltier sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Peltier shoots for a double leg takedown but Scrapy sprawls well. He's pushed Peltier's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Zane Peltier was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
