Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jason Bezanson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brett Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brett Henderson struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 186.7lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jason Bezanson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Brett Henderson! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Elvis Blanc and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bezanson closes the distance and lands a one-two. Henderson moves into the clinch. Bezanson has had enough of the clinch but Henderson keeps him there for the moment. Henderson is trying to break the clinch but Bezanson has him pressed against the cage. Henderson keeps control of Bezanson as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Bezanson is looking to break free of the clinch but Henderson has double underhooks. Henderson prevents Bezanson from breaking the clinch. Bezanson can't break the clinch.
Bezanson breaks from the clinch.
Henderson ducks right into an uppercut from Bezanson. Bezanson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A right-left combo lands from Bezanson. Bezanson misses with a few strikes there.
Bezanson fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Henderson looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Bezanson clinches up with Henderson and pushes him back against the cage. Henderson prevents Bezanson from breaking the clinch. Bezanson is trying to break the clinch but Henderson has him pressed against the cage. Bezanson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

and Bezanson counters by clinching up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Henderson tries to pull guard but Bezanson won't allow it.

and Henderson makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Bezanson scores with a hook to the body. Henderson takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Henderson doesn't succeed with the takedown and Bezanson counters with a right hand to the body. Some wild striking there from Bezanson.
Bezanson works over Henderson's head and body with a nice combination. Henderson looks gassed! Henderson with a poor takedown and Bezanson counters with a one-two to the body. Jason Bezanson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brett Henderson. Bezanson dips to his left and cracks Henderson with an uppercut!
Henderson is rocked! Bezanson throws a monster overhand right that drops Henderson! Bezanson follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jason Bezanson!
