Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Firnanda Talha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robbie Gronkowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Talha's entrance music is MOSCA - Full Tilt. A fine choice. Gronkowski has chosen Glory as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Firnanda Talha!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Robbie Gronkowski!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Anthony Taglia and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Talha changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gronkowski tries to avoid it but Talha manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gronkowski to the ground. Gronkowski escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Gronkowski bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Talha's head backwards.
Gronkowski falls off balance throwing a combination
and Talha counters with a takedown into side control.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
The referee asks Talha politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Talha prefers to stall for the moment though.
Talha looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Gronkowski is avoiding damage well.
Gronkowski takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gronkowski parries the strikes from Talha easily there. Talha is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Gronkowski to escape.
Gronkowski pushes Talha away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Talha gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Talha is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Gronkowski knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Talha prevents Gronkowski from escaping the position.

Gronkowski managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Talha.

Gronkowski parries the strikes from Talha easily there. Talha is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Gronkowski to escape.

The ground and pound from Talha seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Talha throws an elbow but Gronkowski slips to the side and avoids it well.
Gronkowski avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Talha.
Talha has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Gronkowski is letting Talha control him for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Talha fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Talha misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Gronkowski is working to avoid the ground and pound but Talha connects with a decent elbow.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Talha lands a strong strike to the head of Gronkowski. That's dazed him! Talha looking to finish here. Gronkowski is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Talha lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!

After the fight, Firnanda Talha was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
