Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Felix Voskresensky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomas Hearns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hearns is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Black Eyed Bruiser. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Thomas Hearns! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksandr Martynov and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hearns moves into the clinch. Hearns tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Voskresensky avoids it. A frustrated look appears on Hearns's face as he tries to break the clinch. Hearns lands an elbow just above Voskresensky 's eye.
It looks like Felix Voskresensky has been cut. Hearns pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Hearns gets a clinch. Hearns throws an elbow but it misses.
Voskresensky has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Hearns regains guard immediately. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Voskresensky trying to control but Hearns is working from the bottom. Voskresensky content to stall in guard here. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Hearns has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Voskresensky off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Good work by Hearns as he checks the leg kick. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hearns gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Hearns working Voskresensky over with knees to the body. Voskresensky is breathing heavily. Hearns scores with a nice hook to the head. Hearns lands a nice elbow.
