Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hands Down (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Baki Hanma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baki Hanma is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Down misses with a double jab.
Down throws a left and a right that both miss
and Hanma counters with a nice body kick.
Down throws a combination that misses
and Hanma counters with a good low kick that Down was not able to check.
Hanma fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Down looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Hanma lands a nice leg kick that just misses Down's sensitive parts.
Hanma shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Hanma showed some decent athleticism there.
Hanma is working for a kimura but Down is defending it quite comfortably.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hanma wants to control but Down is keeping him busy.
