14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Amir Dunham! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Nard Betker and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fermazi throws a quick inside leg kick. Dunham misses with a takedown attempt - Fermazi sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Dunham takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Dunham shoots for a double leg takedown but Fermazi sprawls well. He's pushed Dunham's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Dunham. Vladameir Fermazi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Amir Dunham. Fermazi is looking to score with low kicks.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Dunham displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Fermazi throws out the jab. Vladameir Fermazi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fermazi throws a wild body kick that Dunham sees coming a mile off. Fermazi tries to score with a low kick but Dunham moves his leg out of the way. Vladameir Fermazi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Dunham tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Fermazi swivels and escapes. Fermazi misses the body punch and Dunham counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Fermazi wants to get back to his feet but Dunham is in a dominant position and won't allow it. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Fermazi preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Dunham trying to control but Fermazi is working from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Amir Dunham will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Dunham drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dunham is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Fermazi is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Dunham wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Fermazi, who protects the arm well. Dunham tries for a kimura but Fermazi is defending well. Dunham thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

No, Fermazi has escaped the position, nice work there. Dunham prevents Fermazi from escaping the position. Dunham goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Fermazi rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Dunham's guard! Nice work there by Fermazi! Dunham looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Fermazi pushes down on Dunham's leg and manages to get into half guard. Dunham makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Dunham. Fermazi slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Dunham is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Fermazi has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Fermazi preventing the sweep. Dunham is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Fermazi misses with a looping right. Fermazi dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Dunham. That did some damage! Dunham has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Fermazi. Fermazi throws a body kick that misses. Fermazi tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dunham swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Dunham gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Fermazi counters with a low kick, right behind Dunham 's knee. Fermazi throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Dunham is breathing heavily. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! That kick from Fermazi tenderised Dunham's leg. Dunham is trying to keep his angry face on. Vladameir Fermazi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Amir Dunham. Fermazi throws an overhand right that lands on Dunham's shoulder, as Dunham tries to avoid the shot. Fermazi turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Fermazi throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fermazi with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Dunham shoots in looking for a takedown but Fermazi manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Dunham's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Fermazi throws a leg kick and Dunham counters with a single leg into guard. Fermazi didn't expect that. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Dunham passes easily into side control. Nice work. Fermazi wants to get back to his feet but Dunham drags him back down. Dunham tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Dunham takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Fermazi is trying to buck Dunham off.

Vladameir Fermazi decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
