The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ONeil ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Mickey ONeil seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from ONeil - that will leave a mark!
ONeil lands with an uppercut that bounces PrudHomme off the cage and back into range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

ONeil clinches up with PrudHomme and pushes him back against the cage.
ONeil tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
PrudHomme looking to throw knees to the head but ONeil is blocking nicely.
PrudHomme tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
PrudHomme is trying to work for a single leg takedown but ONeil pulls him back up using the underhooks.
ONeil lands a nice knee to the body.
PrudHomme blocks a body shot from ONeil.
PrudHomme is trying to drag ONeil to the mat but ONeil just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
ONeil landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.

ONeil lands a left and a right that send PrudHomme crashing to the mat, dazed. ONeil thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

ONeil cracks PrudHomme with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. ONeil has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning PrudHomme to stand back up!
Oh PrudHomme is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
ONeil throws a pinpoint strike between PrudHomme's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends PrudHomme crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and ONeil scores a great knockout victory!
