Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ryu Takeshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Xu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Xu has chosen Metallica - Creeping Death as his entrance music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Ryu Takeshi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Roger Xu!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Sosuke Kotani and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Xu.
Xu fails with a takedown attempt.
A low kick from Xu misses
and Takeshi connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
A punch lands to the side of Takeshi 's head but he takes it in his stride.
It looks like Ryu Takeshi has been cut.
Takeshi misses with a head kick.
Takeshi throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Takeshi tries to close the distance and clinch up but Xu swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Takeshi on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Roger Xu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Xu with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The crowd cheers as Xu lands an impressive looking overhand right. Takeshi doesn't seem phased though.
Xu is looking to score with low kicks.
Takeshi blocks a head kick by Xu.
Xu shoots for a double leg takedown but Takeshi sprawls well. He's pushed Xu's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Xu throws a nice inside leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Xu pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Xu throws a hook to the side of Takeshi's head but Takeshi sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Takeshi misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Takeshi moves out of range of the body kick from Xu.
Xu bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Xu throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Ryu Takeshi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Xu looks for the body kick but Takeshi saw that one coming.
A head kick by Xu misses
and Takeshi counters with an inside leg kick.
Xu throws a head kick that misses.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Xu.
Xu misses with a kick to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Xu pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Xu tests Takeshi's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Xu with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Takeshi looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Ryu Takeshi's cut is getting worse.
Takeshi avoids the head kick by Xu.
Takeshi goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Takeshi avoids a kick to the body.
Xu sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Xu throws the kick towards the body but Takeshi avoids it.
Xu cracks the inside of Takeshi's front leg.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Takeshi takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Takeshi blocks a leg kick.
Xu attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
A head kick misses from Xu.
Xu swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Takeshi plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Xu lands a glancing blow to the side of Takeshi's head.
Takeshi walks into a straight right hand from Xu.
Takeshi is rocked!
Xu fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Ryu Takeshi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roger Xu.
Xu misses with a hook.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Xu circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Takeshi drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Xu follows Takeshi to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
