Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Warsaw Phillips (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Oliveira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Chris Saunders and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phillips takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Oliveira fails with a takedown attempt.
Oliveira throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Phillips.
Oliveira will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Phillips looks to score with a jab to the body but Oliveira is just out of range.

A kick lands to the mid section there for Oliveira.
Oliveira tries to clinch but Phillips moves out of range.
Oliveira dives in and grabs Phillips's left leg, looking for a takedown. Phillips pushes down on Oliveira's head and hops out.

Phillips closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Phillips lands in his opponent's guard.

Oliveira isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Phillips stacks Oliveira on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Phillips!

Phillips ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Oliveira moves away.

Oliveira jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Phillips walks away with a smile on his face. Oliveira gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Oliveira tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Phillips paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Oliveira throws a solid leg kick but Phillips takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Oliveira.

That kick from Oliveira tenderised Phillips's leg. Phillips is trying to keep his angry face on.

Phillips tries to bum rush Oliveira with a series of wild strikes but Oliveira uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

and Oliveira counters with a left and a right that stings Phillips.

Well, if Phillips is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Oliveira has instead reached around Phillips's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Oliveira arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
