Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harry Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gordan Danns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Harry Harris! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Gordan Danns! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Atkins and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harris lands with a thumping leg kick.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Danns. Danns feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Danns must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Harris looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Harris lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Danns! Harris working for a guillotine from mount but Danns is in no mood to give up. Danns wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Harris somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harris looking for the choke but no joy. Danns prevents Harris from getting a body triangle. Harris is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Danns looking very determined here, making life difficult for Harris.
Harris wants to control the position but Danns frees himself and scrambles - Harris manages to regain control in side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Danns tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Harris wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Harris fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Harris decides to stand up, so the ref orders Danns to his feet. Harris looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Harris tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Danns paws at him with a jab and circles away. Danns throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Harris's head.
It looks like Harry Harris has been cut. Harris tries to land a front kick but Danns steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Danns fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Harris avoids it really well and circles away. Danns avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harris tries to close the distance and clinch but Danns swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Danns moves to clinch but Harris breaks away and Harris counters with a nice body kick.
Danns feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Danns doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Danns manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Harris is breathing heavily. Danns tries to stand but Harris is controlling from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Harris has his foot on Danns's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Danns works his way back into a safe position though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Harris is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Danns is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Harris throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Danns stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Harris swivels though and keeps the full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Harry Harris will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Harry Harris's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Harris is defended easily by Danns. Harris with a lazy takedown attempt and Danns counters with a three punch combo that has Harris backing up. Harris nods at Danns to acknowledge the strikes. Danns closes this distance looking for a takedown but Harris circles away. Danns avoids the head kick by Harris.

Harris shoots in looking for a takedown but Danns manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Harris's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Harry Harris. That's going to take a lot out of him. Danns swats away the attempt to clinch by Harris. Harris fails with a takedown attempt. Danns looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Harris wants to control but Danns is keeping busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harris is looking to improve his position.
Danns is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Danns trying to control from half guard but Harris is working away. Danns looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Harris with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Danns really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Harris. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Danns decides to stand and escape the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Danns drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Danns tries to free his leg and advance position but Harris is retaining full guard. Danns throws a big elbow that misses. Danns chips away with some ground and pound. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Danns is in close to Harris's body, working some short punches and elbows. Danns wanted to stand there but Harris had control of the position. Danns stands up from guard. Let's bang! Danns tries to bum rush Harris with a series of wild strikes but Harris uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Harris shoots in looking for a takedown but Danns manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Harris's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Danns drives through with a takedown into Harris's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Danns postures up in Harris's guard and throws a big left but Harris blocks it. Harris not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Danns trying to control the position from guard on top but Harris is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Gordan Danns has got the better of the ground game so far. Harris wants to control but Danns passes easily into half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Danns controlling the pace. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Danns tries to stand and escape but Harris is controlling the position. Harris is looking for a sweep. Danns is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Danns is thwarting Harris's attempts to control the position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Harry Harris. Danns shoots in and drives through. Harris sprawls well. Danns misses with a wild combination.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gordan Danns showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Harry Harris's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Harris throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Danns shoots in for a double leg but Harris sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Gordan Danns seems to be getting the better of the standup. Danns tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Harris was well out of range. Poor timing from Danns. Danns shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Harris pinned against the cage. Harris gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Harris shoots in but Danns avoids the takedown attempt easily. Harris closes the distance and clinches. Harris tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Harris is trying to force a seperation but Danns has the dominant position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harris is trying to pull guard but Danns turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Harry Harris. That's going to take a lot out of him. Danns works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Danns throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Harris throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Harris wants to control but Danns passes easily into half guard.
Danns wants to stand but Harris has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Harris is trying to get back to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Danns wants to take a breather but Harris is having none of it. Danns decides to stand up. No luck for Harris with that takedown attempt. Danns clinches up against the cage. Harris is pressed up against the cage. Danns has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Harris down to the mat. Harris avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Danns looking to land some kicks to the body here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Danns throws the kick towards the body but Harris avoids it. Harris scores with a spinning back kick! Danns manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Harris on his heels. He'll look to pass Harris's guard now, I'm sure. Harris keeping moving, preventing Danns from controlling successfully. Danns would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Danns stopping the sweep attempt from Harris. Harris is striking from the bottom but Danns uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Danns in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Harris tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Danns!
