The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ditor misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A combination from Ditor does no damage.
Ditor throws a body punch but Kewell moves out of range.
Kewell looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Ditor defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Kewell.
Ditor misses with a wild combination.
Kewell shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ditor defends it nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sonny Kewell. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ditor lands with a nice combination. Kewell backs away looking to recover.
Ditor lands a left and a right that send Kewell crashing to the mat, dazed. Ditor thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ditor misses with the combination.
Oooooh!!! Ditor has knocked Kewell down with a huge combo! Ditor steps away and waves a wobbly Kewell back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Kewell is rocked!
Ditor tries a head kick but it misses.
Oh Kewell is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Ditor dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Kewell seems to have got his legs back now.
Ditor cracks Kewell with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Ditor has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Kewell to stand back up!
Ditor lands a big right hook! Kewell looks hurt but is still standing! Ditor lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Kewell falls down and Ditor dives in with a huge hammer fist! Kewell's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Ditor runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Red Ditor!
