Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Miyamoto Usagi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adriano Imperador (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Adriano Imperador enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Miyamoto Usagi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adriano Imperador! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Wesley Smith and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Imperador shoots for a takedown but Usagi saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Imperador looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Imperador looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Usagi feints and as Imperador raises his hands in defense, Usagi changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Usagi trying to control but Imperador is working from the bottom. Usagi controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Usagi drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Usagi jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Usagi wants to control from the top but Imperador keeps moving. Imperador looking for a guillotine here but Usagi defends easily.

That's one minute gone in the round. Imperador throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Usagi stands and steps away. Imperador gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Imperador tries to close the distance and clinch up but Usagi swats him away and circles back towards the center. Usagi gets the takedown into side control. Usagi taking a breather here. Usagi tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Usagi has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Usagi is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Imperador is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Usagi works to advance to full mount. Imperador defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Usagi can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Imperador is looking to escape. Imperador is in a horrible position here. Usagi smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Usagi landing strikes, looking to finish! This has been an exciting period of action! Imperador is bucking up trying to escape but Usagi cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Imperador throwing hammer fists to the chest of Usagi. What's that going to do exactly? Imperador is trying desperately to improve position. Usagi moves to back control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Usagi is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Imperador won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Usagi off his unconscious opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Miyamoto Usagi!
