Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Robert Boyd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erlend Vadevjen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Vadevjen's choice of entrance music: Rancid,Ruby Soho. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vadevjen takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Boyd misses with a wild combination.
Boyd rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Vadevjen moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Erlend Vadevjen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boyd forces Vadevjen back against the cage and clinches.
Vadevjen is trying to push Boyd away but Boyd has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Boyd is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Vadevjen's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Boyd lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Vadevjen circles away quickly and effectively.
Vadevjen throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
It looks like Robert Boyd has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Vadevjen has a takedown stuffed.
Boyd displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Vadevjen.
Boyd misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A combination from Vadevjen does no damage.
A head kick by Vadevjen misses
and Boyd counters with a left and a right that hurts Vadevjen! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! Boyd jumps into full mount!
Vadevjen is rocked!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Boyd postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Vadevjen bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Boyd and the fight is over!
