The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McPherson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Luciano sprawls well. Luciano wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. McPherson gets slowly back to his feet.
McPherson misses with a hook
and Luciano counters with an outside leg kick.
Luciano attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
McPherson misses with a lunging right hand
and Luciano counters with a left to the body.
McPherson shoots in for a takedown but Luciano shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
McPherson takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Luciano cracks McPherson with an open hand slap.
It looks like Ian McPherson has been cut.
Luciano steps to the side to avoid the strikes from McPherson.
McPherson swinging wildly here.
Luciano circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! McPherson drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Luciano follows McPherson to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
