Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Belo Me (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Allan Starsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Starsky has chosen Sabaton - 40 : 1 as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Me moves to clinch but Starsky breaks away
and Starsky counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Allan Starsky seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Me fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Me wants to clinch but Starsky slips to the side
and Starsky counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Me tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Starsky paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Me takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Starsky lands a nice looking body shot.
Starsky jabs Me to the body, keeping him at a distance.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Starsky tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Me was well out of range. Poor timing from Starsky.

Me shoots in looking for a takedown. Starsky tries to sprawl out of it but Me keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Starsky manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Starsky lands a left and a right that send Me crashing to the mat, dazed. Starsky thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Me moves into the clinch.
Starsky breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Starsky throws a series of punches but Me moves out of range.
The crowd cheers as Starsky lands an impressive looking overhand right. Me doesn't seem phased though.
That kick from Me tenderised Starsky's leg. Starsky is trying to keep his angry face on.
Starsky lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Me doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

and Me counters by clinching up.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Starsky managing to block the knees to the body from Me.
Starsky is trying to push Me away but Me has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Starsky keeps control of Me as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Starsky has had enough of the clinch but Me keeps him there for the moment.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Me. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Me takes a swing at Starsky's ribcage but misses.
Me moves out of range as Starsky strikes.

Me tries to close the distance and clinch up but Starsky swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Starsky connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Me takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Starsky lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Me circles away quickly and effectively.

Starsky feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Mes jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Starsky works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Starsky keeps the fight on the outside.
Starsky scores with a hook to the body. Me takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Oh Me is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Me on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Starsky fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Starsky lands the left hand.
Me seems to have got his legs back now.
Starsky throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
A left lands for Starsky.
Starsky fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Me manages to avoid it.
Starsky lands the left hand.
Starsky misses with a two punch combination.
Starsky misses with a double jab.
Me moves forwards but Starsky connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Starsky works the jab nicely.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Starsky throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Me on the side of the head.
Starsky has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Me on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Starsky connects with a body shot that sends Me's belly button to the back.
Oooooh!!! Starsky has knocked Me down with a huge combo! Starsky steps away and waves a wobbly Me back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Me shoots for a takedown but Starsky saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Me looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Starsky moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Me takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Starsky looks to land a combination but Me avoids it well.

Me tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Starsky swivels and escapes.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Me shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

BAM! Starsky delivers a spinning backfist that drops Me like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
