Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony Cuevas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Azizmullah Khabukthakar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cuevas kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Leave Us Alone/ Dead By Gun. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Alec Ball and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cuevas swats away the attempt to clinch by Khabukthakar.
Cuevas circles away from the clinch attempt
and Cuevas counters by clinching up.
Khabukthakar tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Khabukthakar pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Cuevas has Khabukthakar pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Cuevas pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Khabukthakar tumbling to the mat - Cuevas dives into Khabukthakar's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Cuevas controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Khabukthakar looking for subs off his back but Cuevas has passed one foot through into half guard.
Khabukthakar actively working from the bottom here.
Khabukthakar looking for submissions from an awkward position here.

Cuevas moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Khabukthakar.
Cuevas in side control lands a decent elbow.
Cuevas creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Khabukthakar is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Khabukthakar looks gassed!
The referee asks Cuevas politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Cuevas prefers to stall for the moment though.
Khabukthakar is looking for a sweep.
Cuevas tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Cuevas has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A lull in the action here as Cuevas stalls from top position.
Khabukthakar manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Cuevas regains full guard. Nicely done.
Cuevas has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Khabukthakar doesn't defend quickly enough and Cuevas has managed to lock this one up! Can Khabukthakar escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Cuevas on a fantastic submission victory.
