Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Tank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Francois Duvalier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tank comes to the cage accompanied by Destiny. Frank Tank has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Frank Tank!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Francois Duvalier!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duvalier throws a big shot that misses.
Duvalier on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Duvalier loads up on a big right hand but Tank slips the punch.
Tank scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
A swing and a miss from Duvalier.
Duvalier lands an overhand right.


It looks like Frank Tank has been cut.
Duvalier rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tank moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Tank scores with a jab to the jaw.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Duvalier misses with a looping left.
Duvalier works Tank's body with a nice hook.
Tank tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Duvalier paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Tank connects with a nice looking jab.
Tank needs to keep his hands up - Duvalier had a free shot at his head there.
Tank throws the kick towards the body but Duvalier avoids it.
Tank tries to close the distance and clinch up but Duvalier swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Tank throws a front kick that sends Duvalier stumbling back into the cage.
Tank dodges the punch combination from Duvalier.
Tank throws a leg kick which misses Duvalier's front leg but catches the back leg as Duvalier tries to avoid it.
Duvalier throws a hook but Tank blocks it.
Duvalier throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Tank on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Tank lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Tank rushes Duvalier and presses him up against the cage.
Duvalier is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Duvalier is trying to break the clinch but Tank has him pressed against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Duvalier's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Duvalier breaks from the clinch.
Duvalier throws out a loose jab but Tank uses good head movement to avoid it.
Tank walks into a left hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Duvalier ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Tank takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Tank is looking to clinch but Duvalier is avoiding it.
Tank tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Duvalier manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Duvalier misses with a lunging right hand
and Tank counters with a right hand to the body.
A jab lands there for Duvalier.


Frank Tank's cut is getting worse.
A solid body kick from Tank.

Tank clinches up against the cage.
Tank lands a shoulder strike.
Duvalier is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Tank tries to throw a body punch but Duvalier avoids it by throwing Tank back against the cage.
Duvalier will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Tank up against the cage.

Duvalier's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Tank.
Tank wants to clinch.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Tank tries to close the distance and clinch up but Duvalier swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Duvalier might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Tank fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Duvalier blocks a body shot from Tank.
Tank working aggressively here.
Duvalier wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Tank has him pressed against the cage.
Duvalier has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Tank keeps control of Duvalier as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Tank misses with a hook to the ribs.

Duvalier manages to break the clinch.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A punch combination from Duvalier misses.
Sloppy strikes from Duvalier. Those never looked like landing.
Tank looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Duvalier misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Duvalier throws a series of punches but Tank moves out of range.
Duvalier looks to score with a jab to the body but Tank is just out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Duvalier throws a shot from downtown. Tank moves away and avoids it.
Duvalier misses with an uppercut
and Tank counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Tank closes the distance and pushes Duvalier back into the cage.

Tank breaks from the clinch.
Tank lands a nice looking kick to the body. Duvalier takes a step back to recover.
Duvalier looks gassed!
Tank scores with a push kick.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Duvalier walks straight into a right hand from Tank - that's dropped him! Tank jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Duvalier from any more punishment! Duvalier complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Frank Tank!
A very excited looking Frank Tank made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
