The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Victoriano.
Victoriano is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Nice sprawl there from Victoriano as Houston shoots in.
Victoriano gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Houston wants to pass the guard but Victoriano is keeping the position.
Victoriano wants to get back to his feet but Houston is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Victoriano really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Houston. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Houston lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Victoriano wants to stand but Houston is controlling the position.
Houston advances position into side control!
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Houston looks up at the clock and then as Victoriano takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Houston smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Houston advances to full mount.
Victoriano tries to buck Houston off but he can't manage it.
Houston looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
BOOM! Houston connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Houston lands a big shot there that rocks Victoriano but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Victoriano's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Victoriano looks gassed!
Victoriano defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Houston.
Houston swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
