Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Eder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Callum Elliot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eder comes into the arena with You're the best around blaring out of the sound system. Callum Elliot has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Kyle Eder! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Callum Elliot! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Shimada and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Elliot misses with a combination
and Eder counters with a lovely shot to the body. Elliot throws a half hearted mid kick. Eder avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Eder feints and then cracks Elliot's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Elliot down. The fighters circle momentarily. Elliot darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Eder tries to land a front kick but Elliot steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Callum Elliot seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Eder slips a jab and a cross from Elliot.
Elliot throws a body kick, spinning off balance enabling Eder to counter with a crisp jab. Elliot on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Eder. Eder obviously looking to wear him down.
Elliot blocks a head kick by Eder.
Elliot misses with a few strikes there.
Eder scores with a hook to the body. Elliot takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Elliot looks to land a body kick but Eder moved away. Eder jabs at Elliot's body. Elliot rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Eder moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Elliot throws a series of punches but Eder avoids them all with ease. Elliot tries to bum rush Eder with a series of wild strikes but Eder uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
That's one minute gone in the round. Elliot throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Nice straight punches there by Eder. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Eder. Eder ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Elliot misses with a straight right. Elliot misses with a lunging right hand
and Eder counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Elliot is lucky that one didn't land flush. Eder throws a leg kick but Elliot sees it coming and checks it nicely. A cross from Eder lands. Nice defenses there by Eder. Elliot swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Elliot throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Elliot throws an off balance right hand
and Eder counters with a right hand to the body. Elliot looks gassed! Elliot looks up at the clock. Bad move! Eder lands a right hand from hell, dropping Elliot. Eder pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kyle Eder! In his post fight interview, Kyle Eder started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
