Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Leroy Guns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob jo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Bob jo enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Leroy Guns! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bob jo! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Konstantin Menshow and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! jo throws the kick towards the body but Guns avoids it. Guns throws a big shot that misses. A momentary lapse in concentration from Guns enables jo to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Guns manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Guns looking for a sweep. Not yet Guns, not yet. jo seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Guns has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but jo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. jo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Guns swivels though and keeps the full guard. Guns wants to sweep here but jo controlling him for the moment. jo sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's one minute gone in the round. jo wants to control from the top but Guns keeps moving.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Bob jo hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. jo throws a right and a left that Guns avoids nicely. jo gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Guns counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. jo is looking to land body kicks. jo looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. jo walks into a straight right hand from Guns. jo scores a takedown into full mount! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Guns tries to get back to half guard but can't. jo controlling from the full mount. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! jo working away from the top, dropping strikes. Guns really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Guns can't escape the position.
jo wants to take Guns's back here but Guns is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Guns sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Guns trying to control but jo postures up.
Guns moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. jo throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. jo preventing the sweep. Guns is working hard here to advance position. jo wants to control from the top but Guns keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round. jo wants to get up but he can't break Guns's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. jo looks gassed! Guns escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. jo gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. jo trying to control but Guns is working from the bottom. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Guns is looking for a triangle but jo pushes his legs off easily.
This has been an exciting period of action! Guns lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for jo! Guns will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Guns lands with some vicious ground and pound - can jo hang on? And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Leroy Guns will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
jo is looking to clinch but Guns is avoiding it.
jo shoots for a double leg takedown but Guns sprawls well. He's pushed jo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. jo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Guns sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten jo somewhat. Guns jabbing away but nothing is landing. jo staying out of range there. Guns throws a hook but jo avoids it easily. jo moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Guns scores with a nice right hand.
Guns defends well against a solid takedown attempt from jo. Leroy Guns has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bob jo. jo misses with an uppercut
and Guns counters with a one-two to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Guns looks to land a left hand but jo moved out of range nicely. Guns throws a combination. jo tries to block but a couple of punches get through. jo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Guns. Leroy Guns is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. jo tries to clinch up but Guns circles away and keeps his distance. jo has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from jo there as he acknowledges the shot. Guns loads up on a big right hand but jo slips the punch. jo throws an overhand right that lands on Guns's shoulder, as Guns tries to avoid the shot. Bob jo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. jo gets the takedown into side control. jo is breathing heavily. Guns can't do much from the bottom here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Guns is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on jo's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Guns looking for submissions off his back. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Guns wants to get back to full guard. Guns blocking the ground and pound attempt from jo. Guns looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. jo missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. jo is looking to advance position but Guns won't allow it. jo trying to control from Guns's half guard. Guns has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Guns controls jo momentarily but jo frees himself. Guns wants to stand up but jo is controlling him. jo avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

jo tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Guns. Guns makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Guns. Guns had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. jo defends it easily. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Guns is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Leroy Guns dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Guns is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. jo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Guns. Guns throws a hook but jo blocks it. jo has a takedown stuffed. Sloppy strikes from Guns. Those never looked like landing. Leroy Guns is winning the standup battle so far. jo shoots in looking for a takedown but Guns manages to keep the fight standing, pushing jo's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. A jab from jo misses. jo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Leroy Guns has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bob jo. jo takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. jo closes the distance and pushes Guns back into the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Guns tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. jo smiles and moves away.
jo on the wrong end of a nice hook. Guns throws a shot from downtown. jo moves away and avoids it. jo clinches up against the cage. Guns pulls guard effortlessly. Guns manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. jo manages to get himself to full guard.
Guns throws a big elbow that misses. Guns with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Guns postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. jo utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Guns stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. jo swivels though and keeps the full guard. jo looking to control.
Guns in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Guns trying to control the position from guard on top but jo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. jo controls Guns momentarily but Guns frees himself. Guns scoring with some ground and pound.

Guns is trying to get an arm triangle but jo is defending well. Guns is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but jo is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Guns working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. jo tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Guns wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Leroy Guns is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Guns is looking to take a break and control but jo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Bob jo has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! jo is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
And that's the end of the fight! Leroy Guns showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Guns, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
