Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dunce Mulkier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Shlemenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alexander Shlemenko has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Dunce Mulkier's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Dunce Mulkier!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Alexander Shlemenko!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shirou Masuda.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for Mulkier.
Mulkier misses with a jab, cross combination.
Mulkier dives in and grabs Shlemenko's left leg, looking for a takedown. Shlemenko pushes down on Mulkier's head and hops out.
A punch combination from Mulkier misses.
Mulkier tries to clinch but Shlemenko moves away

and Shlemenko counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Mulkier!

Mulkier knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Shlemenko on the ground.

Mulkier tries to reverse the position but Shlemenko maintains control.

Shlemenko gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Mulkier tries to close the distance and clinch but Shlemenko swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Shlemenko forces Mulkier back against the cage and clinches.
Mulkier wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Shlemenko has him pressed against the cage.

Mulkier manages to break the clinch.
Mulkier shoots in for a takedown but Shlemenko shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Mulkier lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Mulkier lands a nice shot that snaps Shlemenko's head back.
Shlemenko will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Shlemenko gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Mulkier fails to land the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dunce Mulkier. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mulkier is breathing heavily.
Mulkier looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Shlemenko is fending him off so far but Mulkier persists. Nope, Shlemenko circles away and we're back to standing.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Shlemenko tries to clinch up.
Mulkier fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Shlemenko changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mulkier tries to avoid it but Shlemenko manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mulkier to the ground. Mulkier escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Shlemenko misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Shlemenko fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Mulkier stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Mulkier wants it to stay on the feet.
Mulkier takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.


It looks like Dunce Mulkier has been cut.
Shlemenko shoots for a takedown but Mulkier saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

and Shlemenko counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Shlemenko.
Shlemenko slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Mulkier wants to stand but Shlemenko is controlling the position.

Mulkier wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Shlemenko is now in half guard.
Shlemenko takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Mulkier wants to get back to his feet.
Shlemenko prevents Mulkier from improving his position.
Shlemenko is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Alexander Shlemenko.
Shlemenko tries to close the distance and clinch but Mulkier swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Alexander Shlemenko dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Dunce Mulkier's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Shlemenko shoots in for a takedown but Mulkier shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Mulkier gets a double leg takedown into Shlemenko's guard.
Mulkier looking to sit in guard and control but Shlemenko gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Shlemenko stands up from Mulkier's guard - Shlemenko perhaps looking for a knockout.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Mulkier blocks the body kick.

Mulkier looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Shlemenko is fending him off so far but Mulkier persists. Nope, Shlemenko circles away and we're back to standing.
Mulkier scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Shlemenko stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Shlemenko wants it to stay on the feet.

and Mulkier holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Shlemenko jumps into guard, dragging Mulkier to the mat.

Shlemenko has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Mulkier should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Shlemenko has tightened it up now! Mulkier should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
