Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cobra Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vince Nash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee's entrance music is Nothingman. A fine choice. Vince Nash is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Cobra Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Vince Nash!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Ackerman and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nash misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Lee throws a head kick but Nash moves out of range.
Lee is looking to clinch.
Nice takedown defense from Lee. No joy for Nash on that attempt.
Lee will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nash fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Cobra Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vince Nash.
Lee misses with a head kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A head kick misses from Lee.
Nash blocks the body kick.
Lee doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Nash counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Lee!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nash is working for a guillotine from mount but Lee frees his head quite easily.
Nash pushing the pace here, looking to move to his opponents back and work for a finish.
Nash lands a big shot there that rocks Lee but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
It looks like Cobra Lee has been cut.
Lee working to try and regain half guard.
Lee tries to hold on but Nash pushes him away.
Nash lands a big elbow.
Lee is rocked!
Lee defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Nash.
Oh Lee is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lee is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Nash has taken his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Nash is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Lee has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Nash has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Lee taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Nash doesn't care though - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Vince Nash!
