Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kuba Ronaldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafael Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Nard Betker and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Come on Garcia - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Ronaldo breaks the clinch.
Garcia shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Ronaldo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Ronaldo is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Ronaldo jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Garcia manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Garcia really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ronaldo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Garcia can do anything to dispel that myth.

That was a close round but I would say that Kuba Ronaldo will probably get the nod.

Garcia feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
