The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kongo checks a low kick from Crump.
Kongo throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Crump on the side of the head.
Crump throws a nice looking combination but Kongo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Kongo looks to score with a jab to the body but Crump is just out of range.
Crump listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A right-left combo lands from Kongo.
Crump lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Crump throws a shot from downtown. Kongo moves away and avoids it.
Crump will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

and Kongo makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Crump takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Kongo ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Kongo throws the left hand but Crump avoids the punch easily.

Kongo scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Kongo tries to clinch but Crump moves out of range.

Kongo goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Crump is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Kongo lands a nice hook to Crump's body. Crump takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Kongo is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Crump rather than just go for the knockout.

Kongo slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Kongo thuds his right hand into Crump's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Kongo cracks Crump with a left hook right on the temple and Crump goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Kongo lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Crump is OK!
