Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Skip Squint and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hynes gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Hynes wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Teo has him pressed against the cage.
Teo manages to break the clinch.
Teo misses with a double jab.
Hynes should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Teo closes the distance and clinches.
Hynes is trying to pull guard but Teo turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Hynes has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Teo is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Teo's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Hynes fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Teo fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Hynes is out of range.

Teo scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Teo avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hynes tries to bum rush Teo with a series of wild strikes but Teo uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Teo moves into range and clinches up with Hynes.
A left hand lands to the body for Teo.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The referee is keeping an eye on Teo - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Teo creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Hynes fails to pull the fight into his guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Hynes jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Teo walks away with a smile on his face. Hynes gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Teo will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Oooooh!!! Teo has knocked Hynes down with a huge combo! Teo steps away and waves a wobbly Hynes back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Teo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hynes tries to avoid it but Teo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hynes to the ground. Hynes escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hynes closes the distance and clinches up with Teo, looking for a takedown. Hynes pushes Teo against the cage but Teo circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Teo paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
That has opened up Saxon Hynes's cut even more.
Hynes shoots in and drives through. Teo sprawls well.
Hynes fails in his attempt to clinch.
Teo stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Teo wants it to stay on the feet.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Teo darts in and clinches Hynes up against the cage.

Teo controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Teo throwing strikes but missing.
Hynes had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Teo defends it easily.
Hynes throws his legs up looking for a submission but Teo uses it to pass to side control.
Teo decides to stand back up. Teo steps back and let's Hynes get back to his feet.

Teo shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hynes's guard.

Hynes gets control of Teo's arms and successfully pulls guard. Hynes will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Hynes bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Teo's guard.

Hynes would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ben Teo.
Well Teo has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
