Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peter Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Khadar Abdelrashid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Ennio Morricone - The Return of Ringo. Abdelrashid has chosen Eurocore MVP as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Khadar Abdelrashid was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abdelrashid stuffs the takedown attempt from Jones. Jones gets slowly back to his feet.

Jones goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Abdelrashid has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Jones but great work by Abdelrashid.

Peter Jones overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Jones working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Abdelrashid is doing well to defend. Jones seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Abdelrashid is forced to tap and this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Peter Jones!
