Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Obed Kunirio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gregor Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Obed Kunirio! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Gregor Gracie! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Taro Takaoka and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kunirio with a hook. Kunirio scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Gracie gets a takedown into half guard. Kunirio keeps control of the position for the meantime. Kunirio is defending against the submission attempts here by Gracie.
Gracie wants to work for an arm triangle but Kunirio is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kunirio is looking for a sweep. Gracie is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Kunirio is working hard here to advance position. Kunirio preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Kunirio wants to improve his position but Gracie is controlling well.
Kunirio wants to get back to his feet.
Kunirio knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gracie on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kunirio is looking to control Gracie's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Kunirio avoid being mounted?
The ref stands the fighters back up. Obed Kunirio wasn't doing enough on the ground. Kunirio scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Kunirio defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gracie. Kunirio keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Gregor Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gracie gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
That has opened up Gregor Gracie's cut even more. Kunirio lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracie shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kunirio defends it nicely. Gracie misses with a takedown attempt and Kunirio counters with a right hand to the body. Obed Kunirio has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gregor Gracie. Kunirio fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Gracie looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Gracie looks gassed! Kunirio drops Gracie with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Gracie looks back up at him and smiles so Kunirio waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kunirio drops Gracie with a straight right hand, right on the button! Kunirio follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
