Howard comes to the cage accompanied by Eddie Money - Take me home tonight. Cook has chosen Cormega - built for this as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Chris Cook will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The fighters circling - Cook throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Howard moves into the clinch.
Cook misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Howard.
Cook works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Howard tries a knee to the head but Cook blocks it.
Cook tries to throw a body punch but Howard avoids it by throwing Cook back against the cage.
Howard takes an elbow to the temple.

Cook tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Howard avoids it.
Cook escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Cook scores with a hook to the body. Howard takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Cook throws a body punch but Howard moves out of range.
Cook throws a shot from downtown. Howard moves away and avoids it.
Cook fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Howard looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Howard with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Cook to score with a decent uppercut.
Cook drops Howard with a beautiful combination! Howard stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Cook is looking for the KO!
Cook drops Howard with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Howard! Cook dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
